Dr. de Oliveira’s scholarship focuses on three strands: Strand I, the teaching and learning of English Language Learners (ELLs) in the content areas; Strand II, teacher education for ELLs, advocacy, and social justice; and Strand III, nonnative English-speaking teachers.
