IMPORTANT: Please book your flights ASAP! The colloquium starts at 4:00 p.m. on July 23 and will run through noon on 7/26. Your return flight should be no earlier than 4:00 p.m. on the 26th.  You will be reimbursed for a coach class ticket and shuttle to and from the Indianapolis International Airport. 

If you are planning on driving your own vehicle, you can be reimbursed for mileage.  Please contact Kathy Reppert (kreppert@purdue.edu) so that we can reserve a parking permit for you.

Once you have booked your flight, please let Kathy Reppert (kreppert@purdue.edu) know your flight schedule.  She will make arrangements to schedule Lafayette Limo for the shuttle to West Lafayette. 

The Ackerman Colloquium will be held in Stewart Center on campus of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Colloquium participants and guests will be staying in Purdue Memorial Union Club Hotel, a 5 minute walk from Stewart Center.

Driving directions:

From Indianapolis International Airport (South) you can:

• Take the Lafayette Limo shuttle that will deliver you to the entrance of the Union Club Hotel; check fares and the departure time here (shuttle fee will be reimbursed)

• Rent a car and drive yourself; (driving directions).   NOTE: The Ackerman Center cannot reimburse for rental cars.
