The
purpose of the Ackerman Center News is to offer a forum to
share ideas and strategies that promote the Center’s philosophy. In addition,
the newsletter is the primary means of communication for sharing the successes
and needs of Ackerman Fellows of the past and future, to Fellows’ goals,
and to promote service learning and democratic principles. Each issue will
